Terms of Service
These Terms govern your business use of Ecomduct. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Last updated: 26 September 2026
Provider and service
Ecomduct is provided by Axegren Invest AB, company registration number 559241-6001, Sweden. It is a business-to-business tool for e-commerce brands that helps users connect services, review performance, create content suggestions, and schedule or publish content.
Business account and responsibility
You must be authorised to act for the business, brands, stores and platform accounts you connect. You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping access secure, and all activity performed through your account.
Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
You may use Ecomduct only for lawful business purposes. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute harmful code, or use it to create or publish illegal, misleading or abusive content.
Your content and platform rules
You retain responsibility for content, instructions and data you upload, generate, approve or publish. You confirm that you have all necessary rights and permissions.
You are responsible for reviewing content before publication and for complying with applicable law and the terms, advertising policies and community rules of TikTok, Meta, Google and any other connected platform.
Third-party services
Ecomduct can connect to third-party services including Meta, TikTok, Google and Shopify. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, changes, decisions, data accuracy or actions.
AI-assisted features
AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by you. Ecomduct does not provide legal, financial or professional advice, and AI output does not replace your business judgement.
Availability and warranty disclaimer
We aim to keep Ecomduct available and secure, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, particular business results or continued compatibility with third-party platforms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Axegren Invest AB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, revenue, goodwill, data or business opportunity, or loss caused by third-party services, platform actions or content you approve.
Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid for Ecomduct during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and termination
We may change the service or these Terms for operational, legal or security reasons. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by another reasonable method. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
You may stop using Ecomduct and disconnect services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use or non-payment. Provisions intended to survive termination remain in effect.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Swedish law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be settled by Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.
